Abstract: Organizations need trust to perform, or has to escape from distrust. This paper develops an analysis of the relationship between trust and performance in organization. It focuses on the impact of information and communication technologies. The paper demonstrates that a better sharing of the various types of knowledge strengthens inter-individual relationships and lead to corporate trust. In other words, ICTs make codification and factual knowledge distribution easier; they promote the sharing of knowledge and support the dynamics of trust production
