Abstract: Economic intelligence (EI) has been developed, through the Anglo-Saxon, during the end of 60's in the United States by Harold Wilensky. EI has become an advantage for companies in order to maximise their competitiveness. Nowadays EI is incontrovertible process to follow this new networks and knowledge era, due to the globalisation and increase of TIC. In this competitive context, what's the contribution of EI as a tool development for clusters? Indeed Europe is starting to apply a support politics for clusters.
