Abstract: Considering ecopreneurship (that is business environment oriented) and based on lebanese case-studies and quantitative inquiry, this work first discusses the definitions of the phenomenon. Its singularity is then questioned. The reflexion is finally oriented in a prescriptive way to help governments to take decisions for developing ecopreneurship.
