Dynamique urbaine et rente foncière viticole dans le bordelais. Une approche économétrique de la résistance

Stéphanie Peres ()

Post-Print from HAL

Abstract: Periurban is subjected to land use conflicts: economic development and population growth do not have same logics than agricultural land. This competition results in a conversion of vineyard parcels into industrial or residential land use. One is then brought to wonder about conversion determinants of these two land uses. Our approach will consider determinants of household and firms localizations before being interested in their impacts on the probability of parcels conversion using a multinomial Logit model. The residential conversion factors always do not light the mechanisms of conversion into industrial, the variable of accessibility explaining substitution of this last use.
