Abstract:
The objective of this paper consists in examining the impact of ownership structure on the innovation level firms. The theoretical framework proposed in this research is based on the cognitive of government corporate current. Our idea according to which the industrial CEO who hold a share in the capital and who have a formation in the field of the ingenerate could help us to examine the cognitive contribution of the shareholder. This reflexion is similar for an individual or institutional shareholder and this by examining their engagement. The whole of the results, carried out on a sample of 95 Tunisian industrial firms, tends to show a significant impact of the ownership structure on the policy of innovation.
