Abstract:
The conciliation work-family, objective posted within the framework of the European strategy known as of Lisbon 2010, approaches a phase of assessment. Promoted at the origine to guarantee professional activity of the women, in a total objective and of long term of equality between men and women, it is changing context. A new economic and social state, thus a renewed socio-policy context contributes to modify the objectives of the conciliation work-family and the question of equality. It is thus necessary to target the new stakes and to be able to propose new tools.
