Abstract:
How to ensure the equality between men and women at work and within the family? How to take up the demographic challenge concerning ageing of the population? Whether it is about the childcare responsibility or now more the elderly care for more people, all the companies, trade unions, cities, associations and governments are part, within the framework of a new strategy which makes conciliation work-family a priority stake at the national and European level. And more largely the question of the coordination of the actions between governance and governments of the conciliation work-family arises.
