Abstract: This text is based on a specific reading of literary texts, an 'organizational' reading that focuses on the figure of the leader, considering in an implicit way that the person counts more than the circumstances. The basic structure of this text is: an attempt to define 'organizational criticism', a short analysis of the cultural relativism in order to understand an archetypival masterpiece of a national culture in its universal apspects, an approach of the three dimensions advanced here, that of the figure, the character and the portrait, the charcateristics in common between Cyrano and the leader.
