Abstract:
The project of this text is to consider the organization (even it is an ‘object' – the organization, or a process - the organizing) according to categories related with change, which partiality is here assumed. With this attempt, we are not only on a metaphoric level (which could be considered as a game with words) but in an attempt to go beyond the rhetoric of change.
