Abstract:
Modes of corporate development and organisation have been subject, for several years now, to profound modifications. From a strategic point of view, the origin of these changes lies in the progressive construction of a new paradigm : that of a development based upon resources which directly involves HRM, its practices and ideas. In addition to the construction of a competence model, whose conceptual and methodological foundations are to be examined, this paper proposes some ideas concerning the definition of a new HRM epistemology. Further study of these proposals focused on the redefinition of a HRM framework and ethical conditions drawn up for its practice will be examined by means of four scenarios analysis
