Abstract:
The article presents a case study on the implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) at YCH Group in Singapore, considering the mindfulness concept. It states that for the first time, RFID was successfully used for liquid products only by YCH. It says that through its mindfulness and appropriate application of RFID, YCH becomes a role model for other firms. Meanwhile, it suggests that stakeholder originated mindfulness is helpful in the implementation of innovative technology.
