Abstract: Developing, implementing and monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be facilitated with the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). In this paper, we briefly discuss the lack of a comprehensive definition of CSR. Instead, CSR varies by country and industry. We then concentrate on using ICT to facilitate CSR in activities and actions, which may move CSR to a comprehensive and inclusive definition and usage of the term.
