Abstract:
This article introduces George Kelly's repertory grids, the methodological tool from Persona! Construct Theory as a technique in entrepreneurship research in the social constructionist paradigm. The article is of a theoretical nature, yet repertory grids were experimented with over a 4 year period in doctoral research on entrepreneurial networks in the French context and have most recently been employed by the author as an innovative teaching tool in entrepreneurship teaching in different cross-cultural contexts.
