Are moral leadership and ethical leadership one solution? Today, in the international economic context, it is important to think about the kind of leadership for the company. To understand this links, it is important to understand the relation between the different stakeholders, the importance of the corporate culture and of the corporate identity. How build this identity? Which levels? One individual level and one institutional level exists.
