Abstract: Project management and project organization are playing an important role throughout the world today - for the development of new knowledge, new products, and for the implementation of change and client solutions (Söderlund, 2008). The over-whelming number of projects presented in the literature as well as most of the practical and theoretical developments on projects is centered on single projects (Evaristo et Fenema, 1999). A first review of literature in international projects management reveals the lack of a common analytical model makes it difficult to generalize the results of research in the field. This paper attempts to propose a research perspective to understand project management in Multinational Corporations.
