Abstract:
For a few years, the strategies of societal commitment have started their integration in the French SMEs because of the various pressures from their stakeholders. But, the literature regarding the entrepreneurs still remains quite scarce. Do they tend to be implied from the foundation of their company on? And especially, does their profile have any influence on the implementation of a strategy of societal commitment? Our study aims at investigating this kind of questions. We try to better understand the realities through an empirical study among ten entrepreneurs in a French region.
