Abstract: Both authors were widely mobilized in France by the Management Sciences. As part of our research, we have specifically studied, including their current applicability and efficiency in this field. This paper proposes to trace the outline of our research was also the subject of the publication of a book on the topic of ethical corporate governance and mirror of morality.
