Abstract: How can we conciliate the mass dismissals and plant transfers announced by some firms and their willing to establish a responsible course of actions? Some paradoxes concerning responsible management can be explained by the paradigm of complexity. Through this analysis, we propose to reveal and confirm the legitimity of corpora-te social responsibility.
