Abstract: Some cooperatives with a specific target of employment and industry creation (called "coopératives d'activité et d'emploi" in French)) constitute a legal tool to sustain territorial company creations and stimulate the main quality of a responsible entrepreneur : a caring approach. These structures are close to what we can call "neocompagnonnage" and help the dissemination of essential values leading to a responsible entrepreneurship.
