Abstract:
Whereas taking responsibility was once a strong value, now it is more the concept of work-life balance that prevails among young employees. Hence the importance of exploring the link between the sociological concept of " identities at work" (Sainsaulieu, 1977), which designates the place represented by work in the system of values of individuals, and how employees perceive the role of the company and the measures of assistance provided for reconciling professional life - personal life decisions. Based on a study conducted in a shopping center, this article shows that identities at work should be taken into account when setting up of a work -life program.
