Abstract: This paper proposes to use the philosophy of Thomas Aquinas and more precisely the theory of a just price and a fair wage in order to gain a better understanding of the issues currently at stake in corporations and to contribute to the debate to improve to the improvement of remuneration policies in companies and banks all over the world. Why is the definition of a fair wage a political and social problem? What are the criteria of a fair remuneration? The thought of Thomas Aquinas is useful to bring some answers to these questions and to draw a fair wage policy in order to promote Common Good.
