Abstract: The cancer of the nasopharyngeal is very frequent in Algeria and poses an important craniological problem, as well, in the entire Mediterranean basin. It touches mainly the young adult. This makes the surgery impracticable except in rare cases. The medical decision in oncology is under uncertainty because multiplicity of treatments, on the one hand and the absence of effective results on the other hand. The doctor is then confronted with the choice of the best treatment to the patient and therefore the decision-making aid becomes necessary to improve the care. The main objective of this work is the design and implementation of a DSS for therapy management in an oncology clinic
