Abstract: La VAE comme processus de reconnaissance et de légitimation des expériences individuelles inter- roge la nature de ce qui est validé, mais aussi la pertinence des modalités formelles de sa réalisation au regard des enjeux subjectifs et identitaires pour les acteurs du dispositif. La question qui nous préoccupe pourrait être formulée ainsi: dans quelle mesure le dispositif de VAE est-il susceptible de normaliser l'expérience et d'aboutir, à l'extrême limite, à sa dévalorisation ?
