Abstract: This paper examines transformations in banking sector during the crisis financial (market structure, risk strategy) and the developments in its regulation. He studied in particular banks response against regulation (Basel 3), the relevance of a strengthening of prudential ratios and explores the tracks of a separation of banking activities and/or higher taxation level.
