Abstract: An enterprise has to adapt its organization in relation to the goals defined in its strategy. This adaptation may be represented by some scenarios of the organizational evolution for each goal. The business domain of the enterprise that is associated to this goal is the target of the scenarios of organizational evolution of the enterprise. In order to generate some scenarios easing the achievement of a goal of the enterprise, we propose a method based on the consistency of the organization of the enterprise, particularly the consistency of the relationships between its actors, with the goals of the enterprise. The business consistency of the goals of the enterprise so defined and weighted by the decision makers allows ordering the organizational evolutions
