Abstract: The law of programming for the social cohesion of January 18th, 2005 imposes the three-year negotiation of an agreement on jobs and skills forecast management in companies. This paper is interested in the recent evolutions in this domain and presents the results of an analysis of 23 company agreements on jobs and skills forecast management signed between the end of 2006 and the beginning of 2010. It shows that these practices strengthen the employability of the employees.
