Abstract:
Variations on the term "organic" model of organization : example of Inéo Today the business environment is marked by a high degree of volatility and a strong complexity. Classical models of organization - Hierarchy, Matrix, Network - must be overcome to fit the current form of business environment. We discuss in this article the organizational characteristics of a "biological model".
