Abstract: After the presentation of the characteristics of wines subject to a real investment for added value-term, we look to the difficult search for wines meeting this objective with, at the centre of decisions on purchases, the system of rating and ratings then we will consider the implications for the wine of his presence in the world of alternative investments.
