Abstract:
Firm management generally privileges by basing itself on diverse theories, the point of view of the managers and the shareholders, to the detriment of that of the employees. The article considers that the essential source of penalization is bound to the interest and behavior of individuals.First section evokes the historic foundations of the concept of financial interest by referring to Hirschman. The second drafts of the human action nature and proposes a guide for the management research by referring to the praxeology of Von Mises.
