Post-Print from HAL
Abstract:
In this paper, we put forward the idea that CSR is a reconfiguration of a wider movement conceptualized in SD and applied inside firms. It allows them to legitimate their activities promoting their image in relationship to the type of goods they produce. Seizing a new ethic of production firms deal in fact with putting away issues at stake in SD by using multiple principles of legitimacy. It ensues that the responsibilities of different stakeholders are blurred.
