Abstract: Innovative approaches in the field of OD and Management Consulting help actors put words on the unexpressed. It is key when company actors are afraid of speaking up due to fear of misinterpretation. Unleashing expression may result in improved organizational performance and not only to sometimes running counter to the company overall Policy. This is illustrated through AI and SEAM interventions.
