Abstract:
What moral and ethical corporate governance? This article is based on our work in businesses and our research on the philosophical paradoxes of GEME. We present a first step the construction of the methodology by the gradual resolution of philosophical paradoxes raised by the GEME, then in a second step, we will present the methodology of Participatory Implementation GEME built on the basis of our work in businesses and our research.
