Abstract: Training management of highly qualified specialists in China promotes higher education to the international standards in the context of development and implementation of innovative modifications. China uses centuries-old national tradition of the social education institution, higher innovative achievements of the world leading countries in conditions of globalization and integration of world space, which is the purpose of all the transformational process of the Russian higher education within the framework of integration into the global community.
