Abstract:
The article is devoted to one of important problems of quality and safety of raw materials and food, in particular grains and products, which is a major part of population's diet, having more than 50% of protein and carbo-hydrates. Currently there is a tendency of increasing pollution of prepared grain. The authors' solution is the increase of efficiency of clearing processes of grains from weed impurities that reduce the safety of received products.
