Abstract:
This communication proposes to reflect on the contribution of moral responsible behavior of the company. We present a set of perspectives and visions of morality in the context of this paper. Does the company responsible born or becomes -it? For the answer to this question, it is necessary to return to the foundations of morality. The analysis can be continued in a second phase on the impacts of the nature of organizational behavior in terms of obligation or imperative will.
