Abstract:
The definition of products' quality and its enforcement can be produce in a more or less centralized way. These two dimensions, definition and enforcement are the core of our approach based on a distinction between several "levels" of quality governance. The goal of author's communication is to develop a framework to first disentangle the different "levels" for the governance of quality and, second, to analyze the interactions among these levels.
