Abstract:
Companies organize an experience when they seduce customers by a connection to them in a personal and memorable way. The comments posted on participative websites frequented by tourists after a stay in a guest house or a hotel were analyzed. The study shows that, in a guest house, tourists may live an experience because of the hospitality relationship while they will not in a industrial hotel.
