Abstract: This research explores the conditions and modalities for acting in a concerted way within a consortium of agricultural cooperatives. It proposes to clarify the process that could lead in the long term to an impasse of competitiveness. It also aims to define the conditions for transforming this situation, which is neither fatal nor inescapable, insofar as it has been constructed by the behavior of the actors. This is a clinical research intervention implementing a co-disciplinary approach. The research makes explicit the cleavage in power relations between the actors of governance and provides them with intelligible knowledge.
