Abstract: It is proposed to try to understand rather than to explain how knowledge management (KM) can take advantage of favorable context of the collaborative economy, which currently seems to generate interest in the mass media. But it is still necessary to clarify what is meant by these terms. The problem of knowledge sharing will be addressed by a didactic approach, i.e. descriptive and comprehensive, each of the two categories that make up the subject: collaborative economy or economy of sharing and knowledge management (KM). This is bound to share knowledge in a limited group by force of economic intelligence.
