Abstract: At the end of this year 2013, the Etudes Caribéennes Review reached its tenth birthday. This editorial proposes to trace the main stages of the construction of this academic journal and outlines its editorial policy. The Etudes Caribéennes Review is a space for sharing and meeting, from the Caribbean to Latino-Caribbean America, from insularity worlds to the "Tout-Monde" through a multidisciplinary approach while providing a privileged place to the land-use planning as a discipline carrefour. The making of the territory, its resources and their uses, interactions between actors and power, rethinking the "common"... All dimensions that gather our reflections.
