Abstract:
This article aims at understanding the nature of modern subject in the coaching process. That's why it refers to the philosopher Charles Taylor who wrote on the modern subjectivity genesis. We create then a typology of the different dimensions of subjectivity that allows us to explain a coaching session; the articles ends by discussing our contribution to the field of coaching research.
