Abstract: Cet article analyse le lien entre les stratégies de gestion de la diversité sociale et la performance de la structure des organisations. Il montre que le leadership et la structure du gouvernement de la Cité sont souverains lorsqu'ils sont adaptés aux spécificités structurelles et culturelles de la société dans laquelle, ils prennent racine. Ce déterminisme du lien entre la structure, le leadership et la performance, confirme le postulat de la primauté de la structure par rapport aux phénomènes. Abstract This article analyzes the relationship between the management strategies of social diversity and the performance of the structure of organizations. It shows that the leadership and structure of the city government are sovereign when they are tailored to the specific structural and cultural society in which they are rooted. The determinism of the link between structure, leadership and performance, confirms the assumption of the primacy of the structure with respect to the phenomena.
