Abstract: The Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a «value creator». But what value [s] are we talking about? for whom? And how to evaluate it? Considering the cross-cutting and multi stakeholders character of these «new» inter-organizational practices, these issues are complex. Our contribution will attempt to provide some answers, if possible not too simplistic, useful for both researchers in Management Science, and practitioners involved in supply chains.
