Abstract: La réédition de l'œuvre maîtresse de Gilbert Simondon, parue pour la première fois à titre posthume il y a moins de dix ans et depuis lors épuisée, est l'occasion de rappeler la très riche fécondité d'une pen- sée que l'on ne commence à redécouvrir que tardivement et par intermittence en sciences de gestion.
