Abstract: Florent and David were still students when they created DIGILOR in 2011, a start-up which aims at reinforcing the companies' marketing and commercial performance by using new digital technologies. Four years later, recently graduated and having already a work experience, they spoke at a conference on entrepreneurship before students of their former Business School. In order to share their entrepreneurial spirit and create vocations, they presented the company's history and its first good results, but also gave valuable advices. During the lively discussion, the question about the future of this promising start-up was raised as the questions but also the possibilities were many. They talked about the recent and important opening up of the company's capital to investors and the way to manage that new stage was regarded as crucial by those young entrepreneurs. The general issue can then be formulated as follows: "How to efficiently apprehend the new growth and structuring phase of DIGILOR following the important opening-up of its capital?
