Abstract:
The publishing house Les Editions du Plat Pays was created in 1930. Since its beginnings it has maintained the status of a French 'Association'. It publishes and distributes books and magazines with a strong regional flavor. Following a period of steady growth, business, seems to have been stagnating over the last ten years.Mr. François, 63 years old, its charismatic Director, thinks that change is necessary to improve the company's competitivity and sense of strategy.
