Abstract:
The objective of this article is to understand how the medical profession in the context of practical exploded between many specialties and dispersed among several institutions and services get to work without prior bases of cooperation, without the support of medical leaders or managers establishments. For this, we mobilize theories of communities of practice in connection with reflections on collective learning. This approach allows us to enrich the analysis in terms of interprofessional cooperation in a complex context.
