Lanceurs d’alerte: vers un statut unifié ?
Dominique Desbois ()
Post-Print from HAL
Abstract:
After a chronicle of the events that led to the emergence of the concept of whistleblower, this editorial reports on the evolution of its legal status in the law on transparency, anti-corruption and modernization of economic life. The editorial mentions a contested definition because it does not lead to a unified status under French law and remains well below the scope defined by the Council of Europe for its application.
