Abstract:
This paper explores the normative framework – including a various set of legal rules, labels or simple contractual commitments – related to the " Green Building ". From a legal analysis of the main features of this framework and a research in a socio-economic perspective of its founding convention, we show how the need for efficiency – derived from a technological ascendancy - in the definition of this type of building determine the act of building and living.
