Abstract:
The ICT in éducation represents revealing research fields of public organizations recomposition process inspired private management models. Especially since the 90s , there is modernization of public action and its consequences in terms of professionalism . Public and managerial challenges , the teacher professional development can be apprehended with the inclusion of temporality in implementing change.
